If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first and then contact us for assistance.

2. Physical Shipping (Not Applicable)

We do not ship physical products. All course materials, lessons, recordings, certificates, and resources are provided online through our platform or via official communication channels (email, portal links).

Note: If we ever offer physical materials (workbooks, merchandise, or printed resources) in the future, this policy will be updated and the applicable shipping details and timeframes will be provided.
